John Wick is difficult to kill, but much more difficult to create. In John Wick: Chapter 4, the fourth edition of Lionsgate's action series from returning director Chad Stahelski, Keanu Reeves reprises his role as the eponymous master assassin. After releasing an action-packed first teaser for the fourquel last month, Reeves returned over the weekend at Brazil's CCXP convention to show a new poster and preview JW4 at a panel for the sequel to 2019's John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum. With the Baba Yaga being pursued by an army of High Table super-assassins in the fourth chapter, an exceptionally action-heavy JW4 put Wick and Reeves through the wringer.

Reeves previously informed the convention audience that "there's a lot of people coming after [Wick], and there's a lot of different sorts of sequences that are great for the action" when hitting the CCXP Thunder Stage for the John Wick: Chapter 4 panel. The Matrix star also previewed an action scenario centred on Paris' Arc de Triomphe, describing it as "a combat scene in traffic."
Lionsgate characterises JW4 as follows: "In the forthcoming fourth edition of the franchise, John Wick faces his most dangerous foes yet. With the price on his head rising, Wick takes his struggle against the High Table worldwide, seeking out the most powerful underworld figures from New York to Paris to Osaka to Berlin."
John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released on March 24, 2023, starring Keanu Reeves, Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgard, Laurence Fishburne, and a cast that includes Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, Clancy Brown, Natalia Tena, Marko Zaror, and Ian McShane.
